I used Dalton & Finegold for the sale of my condo and could not be better pleased. There were some complexities created by my estate planning, and EJ Schneider (the lawyer I worked with from the firm) had to figure all this out and be sure it all worked. In doing this he drew upon his extensive experience but also acknowledged where things were new to him. It is very much to his credit that he did not attempt to wing it, but recognized where he needed help and knew how to get it. These are very important characteristics of a good lawyer and unfortunately not always in evidence. But he worked it all out, and things closed smoothly. I cannot recommend him and the firm highly enough.
