Outstanding Experience with Touchstone Closing Team
I had the pleasure of working with the Touchstone Closing team during a challenging situation, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their support. From start to finish, they were extremely discerning and encouraging, showing an incredible level of professionalism and patience throughout the process. They were transparent, responsive, and kept clear lines of communication at all times, which gave me peace of mind. If you're looking for a team that is strong, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Touchstone Closing. I will definitely return to them for any future needs!

We’ve recently worked with Touchstone Closing for both the sale and the purchase of a house within the same day. This team works magic. They were so knowledge, professional and friendly. Buying and selling at the same time is a stressful process however they made it completely seamless for us. Thrilled we could work with an incredible team.

It’s hard to say. The team was chosen for me The Settlement statement presented a confusing accounting of my proceeds. I did not see their explanation for the excess deposit until after I looked at the e-mail for 3rd time. (Had to scroll down to bottom). During this time I had reached out to (2) people getting vague answers. Finally confirmation was addressed about the total $$ going to the 1031 Exchange. . Suggestion: when sending an accounting of proceeds explain on the settlement statement itself why a debit occurs instead of making it look like the excess deposit was an expense at closing.
