After our frequent check in calls (about once a week or every other week) for 2 years which always went to voicemail or a secretary and were never returned; he did nothing to further our land claims in court. He was basically ignoring our phone calls and case. So our house went into foreclosure (we couldnt keep paying two mortgages) and we had to find someone else. Not helpful or truthful at all. A waste of our time and three years!
