I used O'Connell for my first home years ago and was very satisfied. With my most recent purchase, the experience couldn't have been worse. - A lack of communication throughout the process. I was never told the seller was also using their services. - A rushed closing with only a couple hours notice, forcing my wife and I to leave work early, only to find out their office just want to go on vacation a day early. - Rude secretary staff. - Hidden fees at closing and I had to request in writing for them to do the warranty paper work on a new house because they didn't feel like it, and declined the offer the first time through. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire process. I would highly recommend using him as your attorney for any future home purchases.

Based on my experience I don't recommend this attorney when purchasing a property. There are hidden fees that they do not disclose up front, even when asked directly. With them you will lose hundreds of dollars, their job is to protect your money, instead they will steal hundreds of dollars from you. Unprofessional attorney and bad customer service. very rude. There are slow to act and you have to nag them to get them to do anything. Find a different attorney to protect your hard earned money.
