Jonathan, on a Saturday, was up front and totally reasonable about his retainer/contingency hybrid fees. That said, he would not get off the phone with me until all my questions were answered and said to reach out whenever. Hero lawyer!

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened to me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. I had an excellent experience with Jonathan D Molleur Esq. Jonathan specializes in housing laws and I came to him with a tenant/Landlord dispute. Before calling him I was afraid, anxious, and completely overwhelmed. While I didn’t end up retaining Attorney Molleur’s services, I did consult with him on some issues I had with my old landlord. He provided me with extensive legal information based on which I was able to make a well-informed decision regarding my best possible path forward. I then ended up with a satisfactory settlement from my landlord.
