Mark Raffa handled two real estate closings for me over the past 14 years. He had previously assisted my brother and sister when they bought and sold their homes and they highly recommended him. He is very calm, knowledgeable and responsive. He even answered questions on Saturday when I only expected to get voice mail. There were quite a few complications in my purchase but he caught them all and appropriately took care of them. He never made me feel that my questions were stupid and answered them thoughtfully. I highly recommend him for buying and selling real estate.
