Barry and Kathy are the BEST legal team in the area to handle any bankruptcy related cases. I filed with Barry after being served notice to appear in court for an unpaid debt and he and Kathy took care of EVERYTHING. They were quick to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding the actions being taken. I can say that when I started the process I was nervous and confused but after about 20 minutes speaking with Barry I knew I was in good hands and left the office feeling relaxed and confident about my decisions! Additionally, their fee's are extremely reasonable compared to other local attorneys! I've had three knee surgeries going on four next week all on the same knee, first torn meniscus, then partial replacement, then full replacement and now they have to tighten up my knee and straighten out my knee cap from last surgery. For over a year he lead me to believe i had a good case, saying it's either the Dr's Fault or the Knee manufacturers fault, one or the other. Saying once we get them both in court they will start pointing fingers at each other and we'll get to the truth. Then he kept telling me We'll file in July, then september then January. Now my time is running out on when i can file the claim and he says to me for the First time, unless we get a doctor to say your other doctor is negligent you have no case. I told him I'd go to the knee dr's I went to before my surgeries and get they're opinions and he said he'd handle it. Then told me that the only Doctor who may help is in Springfield Ma an hour and a half away. The next day when i asked him for the name of the Dr. he says he can't remember, which leads me to believe he lied about that too and never spoke to anyone. Very Unprofessional and definately untrustworthy in my opinion and experience.
