Terrible experience, I was diagnosed with a serious disability and they were very unmotivated during the process.
I had to do most of the work to try to get them information from my medical providers when that should of been their job.
At the end of the case, because of their insignificant efforts, my claim was denied and my appeal was denied which has cost me at least 80,000 and now I'm living off 400 dollars a month.

I’d like to say that Mr. Nye was very professional and helpful with my claim. He stayed in touch with me and walked me through my entire time, even during the times when I believe I may have tried his patience a little, but that was because I was a bit nervous and had no clue what I was doing. I was a 2nd offender with a bad accident and bad facts and I was sure I was gonna lose my license for two years. Joe wrote the judge an impressive Memorandum which convinced him to give me the absolute minimum 45 day license loss. Face it, he's the best MA OUI lawyer you can hire. Thanks!

Pretty much everyone that worked with me on my case or that I communicated with was very pleasant and helpful. Kari represented my case for a while and she did a very good job communicating and answering my questions. Later Coco gave me representation and I really appreciated being able to communicate with her easily and her fast replies. Coco was great! I also appreciated being able to call the firm and have information looked into or have questions answered.
