We had a fantastic experience with Paul and associates. Paul was patient in explaining all the details of a will vs. a trust and all the different components that we may want to consider. It was really helpful and his explanations were clear but simple. Grace (the secretary) was very responsive via email and accessible by phone. They were always on top of everything. Everything went as smoothly as you could expect especially in a time of a pandemic. The zoom calls were professional and easy to do from the comfort of our own home. Paul was always on time to our calls and didn't waste any time getting to specifics and important details. I would highly recommend Paul Bernstein to anyone who needs to create a family will or trust plan that they give them the security and peace of mind they need for their future. My husband and I recently worked with Paul on an estate plan. He only works in this area of practice and so he is very knowledgeable. He walked us through all the important elements of an estate plan and presented us with the information that we needed to make the appropriate decisions. We now have a comprehensive plan and someone we can work with as things change in the future. Our meetings were efficient and productive. We went through a lot of information but never felt overwhelmed since he walked us through each step. He is also very personable and made a serious topic very manageable over our series of meetings. We felt he was always looking out for our best interest, using his experience to advise on the best course of action but leaving the decision making to us. His office is very professional and organized. Appointments were easy to schedule and any follow up was quick and thorough. Paul was clear about fees and the services involved and the billing process was straightforward. We were really happy with how smoothly the process went.
