Parker-Scheer was the best. From the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. A co-worker recommended me to them and said the same thing. After initially meeting with both Heather Boutet and Eric Parker himself, Heather provided excellent advice, clear and timely communication, and superb representation every step of the way. She answered every question I had (even if I asked the same one more than once!), provided accurate timelines, and was even willing to teach me a thing or two. She proactively sought me out at the onset of the pandemic and reassured me of her dedication at that uncertain time. When it came time to interact with any insurance company, Heather expertly handled everything. I always received experienced-based advice and felt that any decisions were jointly-made. At the end of it all she was able to get me the maximum amount available for my pain and suffering. Between my case and my co-worker's case I have to assume that that's what Heather and everyone at Parker-Scheer do. I highly recommend them to anyone who may need representation.

They are extremely disorganized, they never take notes in what has been done with the case. Nobody ever follow up with you to update you about your case. Lack of organization and communication internally. So everyone can be on the same page. Pricey but they really don't care about your case. Those are just some things you guys can improve.
