David White is an excellent lawyer and likely one of the very best in Boston and all of Massachusetts. He represented me in a complicated and very unique personal injury case that lasted several years. Since he worked for me for an extended period of time, I believe I have a good perspective on David in writing this review. During this period he was always very accessible by phone and email to answer my questions and he provided superb communication to me of all the latest issues and happenings with the case. David also closely kept me up to date on his discussions with the defendant's lawyers and insurance company. The case required him spending days going to the courthouse arguing various motions on my behalf -- all of which I believe he won -- significant amounts of time drafting legal documents, and much time preparing me for a lengthy deposition along with joining me at that deposition. I applaud David for taking my unique case when several other high-profile Boston lawyers lacked confidence or intellectual ability to do so. David used to be the President of the Massachusetts Bar Association, so he knows the law inside and out and probably better than any other of the most highly respected lawyers in Massachusetts. You should consider yourself lucky if David agrees to take your case.

David White is really a good person. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken cared of. Although he was short staffed, he was able to interact with his clients.

Mr. Marc Breakstone is the best personal injury lawyer you can have on your side. After my brother was struck by a car walking from work several years back, Marc became our family's lawyer. At the time, my brother sustained critical and life altering injuries and was unable to advocate for himself. That's when Marc and his staff stepped in and took care of every legal aspect of my brother's case. In a time of immense stress and uncertainty, Marc helped guide my brother and our family through this difficult process. Marc and staff continuously contacted us via phone, text, email and meetings keeping us updated on essential matters and allowing us the vital time to be with my brother throughout his hospitalization and rehab. We didn't have to worry about anything besides taking care of my older twin. This was extremely important to me as the seriousness of my brother's injuries were not in question. Thankfully my brother has recovered well beyond his doctors expectations and Mr. Breakstone and his firm was able to resolve this difficult case without the stress of a long legal trial and helping my brother receive compensation for the terrible accident. Marc Breakstone is a terrific, experienced lawyer but he is an even better person. Throughout this legal ordeal, Marc was adamant that the main concern was my brother's health and recovery. The end result of the case was secondary. My family is greatly fortunate to have had such an impeccable, genuine, and caring advocate represent us.
