Marc Breakstone and I have similar law practices but with several nuanced differences where I rely upon him for his expertise. Over the course of 30 years or so, I have referred many cases to him that deal specifically with medical malpractice. Marc Breakstone has been my lawyer for a case that lasted over a year and half. After being struck by a drunk driver and suffering a ton of broken bones and other damage to my body, he was recommended to me to represent me and handle my case. He made the entire legal process of this whole ordeal so much easier than I ever could have imagined it would be. Not only was he super communicative in everything he would need from me, but he took the time to answer all of my questions about the process and handled my concerns with care. Not having a ton of legal knowledge myself, I felt like he was very understanding in explaining the process to me, and discussed every aspect I had questions on in great detail. He and his team worked diligently, handling talking to everyone and gathering all the necessary information. At no point did I feel like I didn't know what was going on, or that he wasn't doing a thorough job. If anything, his hard work made it so that I didn't have to worry about any of the legal nonsense my entire time in recovery, and afterwards. All in all, Marc was extremely pleasant to work with, always prompt with communication via phone and email, extremely knowledgeable of his work, and I would happily recommend him to anyone in need of a good lawyer.
