Attorney Marc Breakstone is an extremely competent, passionate, and trustworthy attorney. I sustained a concussion in 2015. In 2017, I had symptoms that still had not resolved (and to this day I am still being treated for), and I spoke to Marc after researching attorneys in MA. His reviews and his record had me call his office on the same day, and I’m typically someone who ponders on product reviews for days! After speaking to him about my case, I hired him the same day. My case was complicated; it went on for almost three and a half years. He warned me from the start that litigation is a long and arduous process. However, Marc believed in the case, and he believed in me. He deeply understood how my ailments affected me and my everyday life. Because of that, I never wanted to give up, and I trusted him completely throughout the process. He was even preparing to take the case to trial. Then the pandemic hit. We ultimately decided to go to arbitration, and we settled the case. If you get the privilege to watch him cross-examine a witness, it’s masterful. It’s similar to watching your favorite law drama, but better. Also to note, he is well connected in the community.
