Their administrator, Alicia, was very helpful in her instructions for gathering all information required. She was pleasant and answered all my phone calls in a timely manner. Reza Breakstone led the case and kept me up to date on current status and what direction the case could follow. Reza and David would check-in with me to see how I was doing and answer any questions I had. Reza gave me the confidence to get through my lengthy deposition. After a year and a half, the defendant, a Fortune 500 company, took some responsibility by providing a meager offer. Tried calling.. wouldnt even hear me out about the situation. Since surgery happened a month ago told me to call back next month. Still didnt bother to listen as to what happened. Hospital themselves agreed i could sue...

Waste of time. Told my “recovery” would not be worth their time despite my injury being life altering. Just another firm only caring about money over people. Look elsewhere.

Marc Breakstone diligently handled and resolved my bike crash case. I was referred to him by a law professor at the University at which I teach. I was reluctant to hire a lawyer at first. Don’t bother calling these people they won’t call you back even if you got a good case. This to me is the first sign of unprofessionalism and overcharging.
