I had a legal problem involving my immigration lawyer. Another lawyer recommended me attorney Neil Burns. Together with attorney Neil, we worked to gather information from my prior lawyer, sent a 93 demand, filed a suit and settled the case at mediation. As a result of our work, the outcome was really successful: Which allows me to take nursing classes.

A setting like this is important to me. Within several weeks, we were able to settle on an agreement which not only protected my interests, but financially represented a much fairer package. It cannot be stressed enough how much Maura and Darshana made an unfortunate turn of events turn into vindication when the company's wrongdoings started coming to light one by one to their executive leadership during this legal process. Before long, our action started to demonstrate its greater value as catalyst for change as the company made a few major updates – which had seemed unavailable previously – to improve its working conditions and HR practices! For anyone looking for legal guidance on employment issues, I’d highly recommend Maura’s team. Even for a legal novice like me, their expertise had made it manageable to go through the process and attain a level of closure that now surpasses my initial hopes.
