David Yannetti’s legal skills were top notch when it came to handling our family’s case. I could call and ask questions to his office and calls would be returned that day or the next. We never had the need to hire a Criminal Defense attorney previously. He listened an evaluated the case, presented the options, and said, “This will not be fast, but time is on our side, longer is better” and it was. Let me also mention that this started during Covid with Zoom and in-person hearings. David was always Present. He looked at the facts & presented each one at the hearing diligently and the Judge listened intently. Then the judge asking the D.A. question after question, “ Why wasn’t this done?” David knew he had cleared the case. I would recommend David Yannetti and his team if the need arose to any of my friends and family that need an expert criminal defense attorney. David, you were outstanding and our Family Thanks you !

Attorney Greg Johnson absolutely had my best interest at heart every step of the way. I moved out of Boston to Chicago and could not afford the time off of work to appear in court, let alone fly to and from each time. Greg handled everything. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with David and his team for less than a week. It was very abrupt, brief, chaotic, and very quick. This was due to the plaintiff's lack of disclosure and lack of clarity on her affidavit that was turned in to the court the night before the scheduled hearing. David Yannetti and his team were kind enough to take our case for civil harassment against a plaintiff (a coworker of my husband) who had the nerve to text, call, and contact my husband in all hours of the night, during holidays, during our kids' birthdays, and ironically had the nerve to take me to court for harassment. She also had the nerve to pressure her way to get access to our vacation house in Jackson, NH. When I was looking to hire an attorney for my defense against a harassment that had no merit to begin with, David took the case right away even though we barely had 3 days to prepare for the court hearing which was intentionally planned out by the plaintiff to throw us off. David assigned Ian Henchy to my defense. Ian is David’s newest Associate Attorney, who represented me during the hearing. Ian was amazing, readily reachable, and very patient when it comes to deciphering the plaintiff's affidavit that was barely readable. None of her affidavit or her case made any sense and had no credible reasoning to even be considered for a hearing. Ian was able to see right through her. He knew right away that she had no case. He was brief, concise, and to the point. He knows the law and he used it to win the case. We left the hearing with success...no probable cause was found! After the win, Ian took the time to speak with us about the hearing and explained how he knew right away, 90 seconds into the hearing, that the plaintiff had no case. Ian is very personable, kind, understanding and compassionate. David, Ian, and Lisa Yagger, one of the paralegals, helped us through this stressful time in our life. They truly cared about us and they made a big difference in our lives. David, Ian, Lisa, & associates, we are very grateful that my husband is able to remain in his job and position. We are grateful that this circumstance led to a positive outcome of isolating the plaintiff out of my husband's group at work with no further communications. And more importantly, I am thankful that you saved my reputation so that it prevails untarnished from the plaintiff who is clearly there to play innocent with an intent to destroy a marriage, break up a family, and extort money from us through legal fees and a non-existent legal counsel. In other words, the plaintiff is a 32-year-old con artist, still living with her parents who preys on old middle-aged men going through mid-life crises who are vulnerable enough to give her the time of day...DESPERATE. David and his team are amazing to work with. His associates are supportive and not judgemental. David took the case immediately even though everything was last minute. Hiring Attorney David Yannetti and Yannetti Criminal Defense Law Firm to represent me in my case was the best decision I ever made. I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, with personal injury. This could have had very serious ramifications for myself and my family. David handled my case with aplomb from my first court appearance until we won at trial. His integrity and his knowledge of the process and the system gave me the confidence to see the case through. David knows his trade and prepares thoroughly. He has great presence in the courtroom and also has the ability to take full advantage of the twists and turns that can happen at trial. He tried everything to get the District Attorney to agree to pre-trial probation, but incredibly, they insisted on going to trial despite the fact that we had location data from my phone that contradicted the other party, that I have a serious disability (a profound hearing loss) that was a root cause of much of the confusion and that the other party changed her story when faced with the location data. At trial, Davids cross examination of the officer who handled the case and the other party were extremely effective. The jury deliberated long enough to enjoy their free lunch and then unanimously returned a not guilty verdict. I can wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Yannetti to anyone who needs a first rate criminal defense attorney.
