I don’t really write reviews but I have to.after speaking with different attorneys and they told me it’s impossible to get my mother case dismissed knowing she not in the States anymore . If you’re looking for the best criminal defense lawyer in the Boston area, you would be crazy not to hire David. David is extremely professional and knows how to navigate the court system, judges, prosecution, potential plea offers and most importantly, how to get cases dismissed. I was facing 4 felony charges (high level details below) and we successfully got 3 completely dismissed and took a CWOF on one of them. This was absolute best case scenario, especially because the prosecution had plenty of evidence (including video) to find guilty on the case we took the continuance. The charges were: 1. Cruelty to animals 2. A&B 3. Driving on suspended license - habitual offender 4. Theft from a building The cruelty charge was completely dismissed during trial. A&B was dismissed the morning of trial Driving on a suspended license was dropped, as was the habitual offender charge. We agreed to a marked lane violation charge. Took a continuance without a finding on the theft from a building charge with one year probation. If you want the best of the best- Hire David! I researched all the firms in Boston and David by far was the most upfront and honest Attorney out there. When i hired him to represent me he supported me from start to finish.
