I recently faced criminal charges. I picked up a case when I was out of state, only a misdemeanor, but a crime just the same. I'm an Alaska resident and ended up missing my court date. I called Attorney Martin who quickly swooped in and saved the day. I don't know how he did it but the looming warrant and the underlying criminal charges magically disappeared. Miracles really do happen. I'd recommend this guy to anyone facing criminal charges.

Attorney Dakota Martin took care of me. I had a pretty nasty case with 911,eye witnesses,and video footage. It felt hopeless. He didn't flinch. He took it to trail and won it for me. I was accused of operating under the influence,OUI,DUI,whatever you want to call it,and i was stressed. My job was on the line and I wasn't the easiest guy to deal with as my case went forward. My experience with Dakota Martin was terrific. I had my security deposit taken by a landlord for unjust reasons, and there was no negotiating with her. Mr. Martin was fast to act, and punctual. I eventually got back my deposit in full, with enough left over to cover Mr. Martin's very reasonable fee's. Job well done!

I had a problem with a watch repair shop in Boston and couldn't get my money or the watch back. After many frustrating visits and phone calls with the store, I hired Mr. Martin. Two weeks later, not only did I get my expensive watch back but he also got the owner to refund me the entire repair bill! He was very professional and got the job done.
