Marc Breakstone... such a fittingly Strong name for a such a Strong Attorney and Truly Great Man.... Marc Represented My Family & I in the Wrongful Death suit of my Brother, Kenneth. ( Beginning in September 2018).... My Brother, who was a Sweet man with Disabilities , died as a result of Severe negligence. The way in which he passed, was long & painful for him and without question, I & my Family were to seek Justice for him; However, the facts that lead to his ultimate Death were not " Cut & Dry" ... Not knowing where to turn, I randomly sought Personal injury Attorneys.. the 1st , though he felt remorse for my position , was reluctant to take the case. The 2nd Attorney I reached out to, though he too did not feel confident accepting the case , immediately referred me to Attorney Breakstone. He was Very confident that Marc would not only Represent , but would do an Excellent job as Well. ... Here I am , just over a year later... And I can Honestly say , I do not know what " Powers that be" led me to him, whether it was By Chance, Divine Intervention, fate , Luck ; Whatever it was that led me to him, I can Honestly say , I could not be more Grateful, more Thankful or More Impressed by both Marc & his Remarkable Assistant Christine. During Mediation, He was Cool & Calm, Strong yet Compassionate & he did not Falter. I can honestly say, I moved by the Care and the Attention to Details in every Aspect he touched on in my Brothers Case... He showed the Upmost Respect for my Family & for My Brother. Marc Breakstone is the best lawyer you can have by your side if you or your loved one have been victims of unfairness and are in need of the best legal representation. When injustice struck my life, Marc L Breakstone was there to represent me, and he did so with such a degree of professionalism and human compassion that what was starting to become a small nightmare quickly became a seamless experience where all of a sudden everything made I got in touch with Mr. Breakstone when I was unfairly denied coverage by my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) for significant damage on my vehicle from a car collision with an uninsured driver. Unfortunately, the company maliciously twisted evidence, delayed processing times and eventually largely denied the claim without any factual basis. He did so out of respect for my profession and, most importantly, out of one simple fact: Mr. Breakstone does not like injustice or unfairness, especially in the case of large, multibillion dollar companies taking advantage of honest people. In about a week, Mr. Breakstone relentlessly dismantled the wall of miscommunication and incongruent evidence Liberty Mutual had built around my case. Like a tank he pierced the barriers of the insurance company exposing all the incompetence and shady tactics they were denying my payment upon. After no more than a few days, they paid in full all that was owed. During the entire process, I was punctually informed of all that was happening in a straightforward and effective way. In my first meeting with Ron Gluck, though I was still suffering the immediate impacts of a serious head injury, right away he made me feel at ease. He was kind and smart, and gave me the reassurance that everything was going to be okay. I felt that my case would be handled with all the care that it required, which meant I had the time to rest and try to recover from the accident that I was in.
