A lot has been said already about how wonderful the law firm of Breakstone, White and Gluck is, in particularly Marc Breakstone so I will keep this brief. Marc took my case over 2 years ago when I was injured after slipping and severely breaking my ankle which left me with 2 plates and numerous screws as a parting gift. Unfortunately, I still cannot walk properly to this day and I can forget about ever wearing heels again that is for sure. Marc is everything all the reviewers say he is. He is extremely professional, tenacious, passionate, experienced and probably most importantly effective. In the end, Marc settled my case successfully, which is want you want from your attorney, so I could not be happier. My only slight critique, which is different from the other reviews so maybe it is an anomaly, is I did not find Marc to be an effective communicator with me personally (My husband loved him so maybe it is a girl thing). As he puts it, “he is not a hand-holder” so do be prepared to have long swaths of time where he does not check-in or provide any updates. His telephone style was also a bit unique for me. Besides this very minor comment, I enthusiastically recommend Marc and his firm. His assistant Christine is amazing and probably deserves a huge raise! Choose this firm and best of luck to you as no one ever really wants to be in a position where they have to find a personal injury lawyer…. You won’t regret it!

Attorney Marc Breakstone was a godsend. On December 21, four days before Christmas, I found myself in a nightmare. As I stood in a crosswalk walking home in Brookline, a van going over 40mph flew into my body. As I rolled over the van, I immediately felt my life was over. My backpack tore off my body like it was held on by paper. And when I hit the cement all I could think about was the oncoming traffic which would crush me. Miraculously, cars screeched to a halt before hitting me. Instinctually, I tried to get up and run away from where I laid, but I couldn’t.
