Marc Breakstone is my first experience with law of any sorts. However, I felt that he was someone who would get the results that I would expect from a true professional. I had the opportunity to see his presentation of my case, and it was amazing. His thorough nature of leaving no stone unturned when giving facts and his persistence on getting what he believes is a just result left a lasting affect. Besides the fact he is a very nice man, I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants top results.

When i decided to hire a lawyer after my tractor trailer crash, I scoured the internet until I found Attorney Marc Breakstone. His reviews were so positive, I thought he sounded too good to be true., I called Mr. Breakstone and was impressed by his no-nonsense straight talk. Throughout the almost 5 years he handled my case, Mr. Breakstone keep me informed of every important development along the way. He is a hard-nosed advocate who goes all the way for his clients. When I called he always made time to speak with me, handling each call with grace and class, listening to what I had to say and often providing valuable insight to my situation. I had the opportunity to see him in action at the mediation of my case at which he laid out the evidence in an impressive digital presentation. He created a detailed computer animation of my spine surgery and provided an indisputable amount of evidence to support my claims. Ultimately, Mr. Breakstone got my case settled for an amount of money I could not have dreamed of at the start of this journey. Nobody every plans to have an accident on their bike, but they happen more than you hear about. As a result, there isn’t a roadmap to explain how to go about recovering everything that you lost as a result of the accident. Thankfully, a friend recommended Breakstone, White and Gluck and I was able to be led through the process by David White. David was knowledgeable, and patient as I asked all the questions that go through your mind. Don’t rely on the police to support you, they didn’t even cite the driver that clearly failed to yield. David and his office quickly got me everything I needed to start the process and walked me through it the entire way. David is responsive and flexible and quickly got through the process and ultimately a settlement in my favor.

I first contacted Marc Breakstone in 1989 when my teenage son was hit by a car as he was walking to work at our local grocery store. Marc was truly professional and worked with all of us explaining the process throughout so that my son could get the medical care and settlement he needed to heal. A couple years ago, I contacted Marc again when I was blindsided by a young distracted driver with a car full of his friends just before sundown after a day at the beach. I came to Breakstone, White, and Gluck because I knew the firm was one I could trust. Marc Breakstone had, many years ago, been my Little League baseball coach. More recently, I had also seen his comments to a reporter in a newspaper article on a tragic car accident. While I only ended up using their services for a basic legal consultation, my trust in their firm was rewarded. I worked most closely with Marc, and he is very knowledgeable in the field of medicine, as it relates to personal injury law. I also had some contact with Ron Gluck. Overall, both lawyers are very professional. Most importantly, both try to listen and understand the situation completely, and then give practical advice that balances the varying competing interests that are at play in a legal situation. Overall, I highly recommend the firm.

Having worked in a previous job recovering money from healthcare insurance companies, I thought I could handle my own injury claim. Not only that, he informed me that I could also obtain more from own insurance company, which I would never have known to do, and he was able to recover so much more for me than I imagined. He managed all of my medical bills, which were many and overwhelming. He knows exactly who to contact to navigate billing departments, and he's networked so he knows the adjusters well and is in a better position to negotiate. He was very responsive to emails, calls, and questions, and when I called him out of sheer panic sometimes, he was very understanding and able to calm me down. It was such a relief to me to lean on an expert, someone who didn't waste any time in getting results. Actually "lean on" is an understatement...more like I chucked the whole problem at him and ran in the other direction and he solved it. When you are going through a recovery, physical and emotional, you don't want the additional stress of having to deal with insurance complexity and the games they put you through. Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of bicycling accidents, insurance claims, and the entire process from start to finish. He was always both very empathetic and responsive when I contacted him about my case. I was able to receive a fair and expedient insurance settlement due to all of Ron's efforts. I would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone in need of legal representation due to a bicycling accident.

As a local guide and a member of this community, it is simply my responsibility to share my experience and thoughts in the most unbiased way and I can't recommend BWG, especially David White and his terrific team enough. More often than not, I select service provides based on quality and quantity of the reviews they have received, and when it comes to BWG, I couldn't agree more with the accuracy of what I see here except the couple of negative reviews which are clearly scam to me. I was in an unfortunate auto accident in September of 2018, none of my fault, which caused injuries to my left wrist. I actually was initially referred to another highly rated attorney in Boston, who due to the complexity of my case, my sudden relocation to another state and her lack of knowledge and expertise ended up dropping the case and leaving me by myself. Not getting too into details here but most of the highly rated attorneys I got in touch with after, told me my case was a dead-end and I could not expect any successful outcome. This was until I called BWG and was put in touch with attorney David White. After taking the time to carefully and thoroughly listen to me, he provided step by step guidance of what I needed to do despite the obvious possibility that the case could still yield no success. He kept in touch and his team constantly answered my questions without any hesitations and provided advice until my treatments and reports were finalized and my demand letter was drafted which resulted in an offer! Reza Breakstone was a fantastic attorney to work with. I suffered a head injury and went through a few different attorneys before finding Reza who really was able to make strides with my case.
