As an architect and principal of a firm I appreciate working with David. His experience as a litigator is what distinguishes him. Our work together over the last five years has been around front end alignment; selecting appropriate design contracts, letter agreements vs AIA docs, negotiating NDAs and IP issues with clients, avoiding consequential damages, and on and on. David brings first hand experience from the 'other end' of litigation to bear at the front end. He is invaluable to my professional practice.
