I spoke with John on a consult for probably about 45 minutes and was attentive and gave me some good advice. He was a good listener and provided some constructive feedback.

John is an excellent lawyer who was very thorough and made sure I was updated on my case every step of the way. I would not think twice about using him or recommending him in the future.

I had a very bad accident. I had medical bills and needed to get paid. They got me what I wanted plus more. I’m very happy. I had a great experience with the firm. It was very easy. It was nice to get everything done quick, easy, and painlessly -- especially since I live an hour and a half away from the office. They used phone and email to simplify things. The best thing about working with the firm was how simple things were. They were easy to understand and straight to the point. No nonsense.

John Vlassakis (and his assistant, Kim) were very professional and very easy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made themselves available to answer questions or just to talk about the case. From start to finish, they made everything easy for me and I would definitely recommend Attorney Vlassakis to others looking for a personal injury attorney.

John Vlassakis was wonderful handling my case. He never failed to return calls even responding to me from his vacation knowing that I was worried. He explained every step to me and walked me through the process. John Vlassakis is an asset to the company of Joel Schwartz and you would be hard pressed to find a better lawyer. Thank you for all that you have done.

Attorney claimed 25 years' experience but did not know law on point, let defense attorney lead the litigation and do his work for him (imagine asking a defense attorney if he had named all of his defendants?), refused to interview or depose my witnesses, destroyed my relationship with my medical team with harassment and lack of professional conduct, never brought in any independent experts, misrepresented to get doctor to counter orders - and then violated new orders and thereby endangered life of client, not only defrauded insurers, but bragged that he had done so for 25 years by failing to make legally required filings and misrepresenting client's injuries - which in the end denied client any justice and worse. He refused to amend or to properly plead case "because it would take work". When fired, he went to court to make unwarranted personal attacks on seriously injured disabled client who because of his actions, did not even receive enough to pay for requisite treatments caused by delay in treatment of dangerous infection following attorney's attack on major dental school's diagnosis, an action that violated the clinic's longstanding published policy - and as a result terminated client's relationship therewith. Never took client's history and deliberately misrepresented and failed to disclose his manipulation of the insurer's liens to limit the amount of medical bills which directly caused denial of justice. Even though had digitized all case records, then took over 2 months to print them out following client's demand therefore in an effort to keep client from opposing payment for no work he demanded.. He never investigated nor ever even visited the site of injury and hence, had no idea of the circumstance - and took side of defendants whom the insurers had already found liable (of which he was also ignorant).
