Nicholas Ortiz has helped me on three separate occasions. When his office staff was too busy to handle a last minute request, Nicholas wrote and said he would take care of me and he did. I met him 8 years ago and he was so informative and pulled strings and worked miracles for me. He is kind, professional and understanding and always got me exactly what i needed or wanted and at a fair price. He is the BEST attorney I have ever dealt with.

I must say Raven Moslinger was an absolute angel under cover... I made a call emailed a few documents and signed on the dotted line the next thing I know he's got a settlement offer of more that I could have imagined and I never had to leave my house!! My case was personally handled by Mr Jonathan Lang who is an associate of Mr Nicholas Ortiz. My case was nonpayment of wages. I was extremely nervous and upset going into the case but Mr Lang was calm and reassuring. He would update me as soon as new information came in and would explain what it meant. He would give me options of how to proceed and would also explain what each of these options would entail. As most would agree laws can be overwhelming and confusing to say the least he did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me. Mr Lang made me feel as though I was one of his most important clients even though my case was rather small. He was always very professional in all out interactions. Having to file a lawsuit is something nobody ever wants to do, especially when you are owed money from your previous employer who does not (for whatever reason) want to give you your wages. When working with Raven Moeslinger at the Law Office of Nicholas Ortiz, he took the time to review my case thoroughly and explain to me the whole process. When I needed to contact him, he was extremely quick to respond to my messages (less than 24 hours). If you need a wage lawyer I highly recommend Raven as he will get the job done. I had a rough experience with a past employer not paying me for many hours of hard labor, and found Raven and the guys over at Nicholas Ortiz Law Office. Right from the beginning the guys were awesome, very detailed, got everything in line and before I knew it I was getting calls from them with negotiations, 3 weeks later I was paid out double, and that is only because I wanted it to be over with, I was fully confident if I let them continue to work I would have had triple. Really can't say enough about these guys, I'm pretty sure I had 3 competent lawyers looking out for me at one point which was very reassuring. Any wage disputes, etc. just give these guys a call and stop looking around.
