Richard is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy and very helpful in answering questions. He also found a way for me to keep my car even when another lawyer said it wasn’t possible. He made a boring bankruptcy case a little easier on me with his sense of humor. Absolutely an amazing guy!

I was party to a criminal case involving a failed business, loss of investor funds, and payment of restitution. This was the first time I had been involved with the legal system, and I was very nervous about what to expect. I had never had any previous experience with criminal proceedings prior to this case. After researching various firms and speaking with associates, I contacted Attorney Benjamin Duggan regarding my situation, and he was able to meet with me at his office soon thereafter. It was the best decision I could have made. The initial consultation was both relaxed and professional. He put me at ease while I explained what had occurred with my small business. He explained my options and the premise of my defense, and throughout our conversation he made me feel very comfortable. His knowledge, expertise, and experience was on full display.
