I’ve worked with Dana over the years but I must say this most recent time was the worst. I guess when you move up in the world your head gets big. I was given false information by a number of people in this law office I was even hung up on by Dana his self after screaming at me if you want to fire me fire me. I waited for 2 months to get my lost wages check then after calling and calling they finally tell me the insurance company is requesting new information. So I finally send it over to them and I’m being treated like I’m begging them for something more then to do their job. I finally had to withdraw my business with them because to me hanging up in my face is the final straw. Never again would I do business with them again sadly I used to think Dana was too notch in this business but sadly I see no matter how much business you do with a person your still another check to them they don’t care how they treat you personally

I gave this law firm 2 cases, the very first was led by Greg Smith, the worse mistake I made he is not your attorney, he will not back you up and is friends with the opposite attorneys, as a result you will not win. Second case was by the so called Rosencranz who simply has no time for you and gets Greg Smith to answer his call even when you tell the firm you don’t want anything to do with him. As a result my last conversation with this firm was not pleasant rosencranz was extremely rude that I did not want to deal with Smith. So for both cases I did not get the justice I should have received, and to add insult to all this the receptionist hates her job and is extremely rude. Makes you not want to call the firm! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR FINS ANOTHER FIRM!

I had a case that I let this firm handle. was out of Quincy court Against Olive Garden for having rust and nails in the food. When the day came to go to court I walk in the court house with the attorney from this firm ( Gregory smith ) talking and coaching the 2 young attorneys from olive garden. He did not notice who I was until I came sat next to him and the 2 attorneys. I ended up getting a very unfair judgment in the case. This firm did a backdoor deal against me. Be aware of this law practice, they are corrupt.
