I found myself in excruciating pain upon being rear-ended in an auto accident and needless to say, I was completely overwhelmed by trying to find a lawyer online at such vulnerable time. Marc helped me out twice after my stationary car was hit with me in it, thereby requiring months of physical therapy. Marc eliminated ALL pressure by dealing with the bureaucratic nightmares often associated with insurance companies. He successfully negotiated two settlements, and enabled me to heal quicker than I would have if I had to had to continue dealing with insurance issues. Even though these were relatively small settlements (I think about $10,000), Marc always made himself available to me in a timely fashion. This level of customer service is unusual in this day and age so I was particularly appreciative of it. Furthermore, Marc is skilled, knowledgeable and ethical, and never self serving. He took the time - no matter how long - to explain things to me patiently, in layman's terms. Always! I am eager to recommend Marc as often as the opportunity arises. I don't think one would find a better personal injury lawyer than Marc Diller. I feel fortunate that someone recommended him to me, as contacting an attorney had never occurred to me. On a 5 star rating scale I give Marc a 10! Im actually having trouble writing this review because he did SO much for me I don't even know where to begin. He went above and beyond and handled every little detail of my case so I could focus on getting better and recovering from my accident. My health and well being was his first and last concern throughout the whole process. I really can't say enough about how impressed I was with Marc and how happy I was with the outcome. A top notch lawyer !!! I would never even think to use anyone else and I would highly recommend Marc to anyone looking for an attorney.

We live in sc, but our legal case was in ma, We googled ma lawyers to find help. Mr. Diller's name came up and we contacted him. He was unable to take our case but he was interested in helping us. We got his advice and he found us an attorney who could help us and we could afford. Mr. Diller worked pro bono and continued his interest in our case. The case ended in our favor.
