I recently scheduled a consultation with Paul to solicit his legal advice on a few issues related to a small business I invested in. Paul was responsive, insightful and incredibly generous with his time, agreeing to schedule a second call with me (and over the weekend, which was above and beyond). I recommend Joseph Simons law office. Our family needed to file a court document. Joe spent time reviewing the situation and made a recommendation for us and we are waiting the result. We do not yet (and hopefully will not) need a lawyer. The five stars are for a timely and professionally response from his entire office and for his willingness to converse with me without a deposit. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have to say, Attny Simons went above and beyond to help right a wrong. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough throughout this entire process. Joe Simons is a great attorney who helped me fight my restraining order case from my crazy ex, which didn’t go through thanks to Joseph , he also very kind and generous person and good for you budget, I can’t say enough how good of the job he did. Highly recommend his service and advice.

So I got into my first ever situation in which I needed representation. I had a public defender at first that wasn’t well and had to play phone tag to get a hold oh him when I could and rather than setup times to talk the defender would tell me to call and schedule it with him. Was not too confident if he had my best interest at hand and did not feel like a priority. Eventually I realized this is my life and my time and it should be taken as serious as possible. So I did my research and came across Joseph, from start to finish I can tell he had my back and was invested in my situation and providing the best defense possible in all scenarios. I can tell you one thing when it come to YOUR LIFE you’ve only got one so it’s wise to invest in those that will defend you as best as can be. I realized that once I changed attorneys to Joseph I was less stressed and I was confident in knowing that everything was being handled. Even had family that was worried as well and he was able to ease their mind as well. Your life is important and when it comes to getting defended go with Joseph. It’s so good to look back at my decision I had when choosing him and seeing the results and process and just knowing and seeing and feeling I was right in doing so. I can't recommend Attorney Joseph Simon and his firm enough from the first phone call to the last court date. Him and his team have been so responsive answering loads of questions and provided guidance in the worst situation of our lives.
