I hired Amy for my husband’s green card case and it was a difficult one since we had to use my medical history and childhood history to get him a waiver for his green card due to a technicality. It was a very intense process for me as an American not knowing what to expect, Amy and her staff explained everything and answered questions timely and with great clarity. Without a lawyer this would not have been possible to even navigate. And Amy was very knowledgeable of what to do and what affidavits to proceed with. Immigration did grant him a green card within a short time period to my surprise and we will be able to apply for citizenship shortly!
