In August 2018 I was nearly killed after being struck by a drunk driver while stopped at a red light. The injuries required two surgeries, extended physical therapy and six months out of work. I hired Attorney Mark Bixby at the Law Offices of Mark E. Salomone after I had become dissatisfied with my previous attorney. The level of communication this law office provided me was outstanding and I felt included in all the decisions. Cyndi Holt provided me with updates and answers to all my questions and I had regular contact with my attorney as well. I could not have been happier with the representation I received and I would highly recommend them as your legal counsel when you need a personal injury attorney.

This law office is amazing. Words literally can’t describe the hard work they put into my case specifically Cyndi Holt. I literally didn’t have to do anything except answer the phone when they called. It was my first car accident, first time ever dealing with a law office and she made me feel like I was her only client. Very responsive and knowledgeable about literally everything I asked. Very pleased with service. Updates were given on the case very often, was never left wondering what may be going on. Cynthia was very helpful in answering questions and handling the case. After the original settlement offer was a little less than what I was hoping for Jim, one of the office's litigators, joined the case and was able to get the value I was looking for.

Attorney Robert Setterbo provided superior representation in my child custody and relocation case. Relocation cases are the most difficult to try (lasted a few years) but it was Robert who kept fighting and reassuring me that we have a strong case. It was an ugly few years of empty threats from opposing counsel and other parent but Robert was the one who kept it all in prospective. Robert is an excellent trial attorney and displayed his trial skills in court. Robert and Ana (paralegal) were knowledgeable about the law, was extremely responsive, had great time management skills, diligent in ensuring they responded timely to all time sensitive deliverables, Robert showed-up timely at all court appearances, and most importantly, they have empathy while providing professional service. I could not ask for more, Robert and his team provides superior legal services in family and child custody law.
