Mark was referred to me by a friend after a former employee was seeking a large sum of money in a frivolous lawsuit. Mark thought we could beat the case in court but advised the additional legal costs and with the liberal legal system in Massachusetts it would be best to try to settle. We settled forwell less than a 1/3 of what the plaintiff was seeking. I really wanted to beat the case but I know Mark’s advice and experience with these types of cases it was in my best interest to settle. Mark was also very reassuring and always willing to take a phone call throughout the whole process.

Mark is outstanding! I had an employer that breached my employment contract and refused to pay me my outstanding wages. Mark solved the problem, got me my wages and did it with the utmost professionalism and quickly.
