I had the pleasure of working with Raven, and I must say this group was so attentive to my case. He constantly checked in with me to let me know the status of everything that was going on. Anytime I called he either answered the phone right away, or promptly returned my call. This was my first time ever dealing with something like this, and they made the process so easy for me to understand. I would work with Raven again in a heartbeat.

Their firm, specifically Marques Lipton and the team there, were instrumental in guiding our corporation through the tedious process or reorganizing our business successfully. Everything was outlined for us very clearly as to potential outcomes, their work and communication was thoroughly transparent, and received great professional advice.
