Similar to so many of these other reviews you see here, I reached out to Gil from Tempus regarding a number of questions I had around becoming a new landlord. Years back Gil was the one who helped me when I first purchased this property as my primary residence. Reaching back out to him 6 years later I found it remarkable the speed in which he responded to my questions and remembered in great detail the time we worked together years before.
