Gil and his team worked on helping us with the purchase of our first home. They were great when a tenant had not vacated the property by the closing day. We were able to change the stipulations of the closing thanks to Gil and closed on time. Everything worked out well and they relieved a lot of the stress of the whole home buying experience.

5 starts for Tempus Fugit Law and Gil Schipani. We went through a very long closing on our first home purchase and finally towards the end, we experienced some more difficulties. Gil and his staff were more than helpful and outstanding with the all the proper verbiage to cover our side of the purchase agreement. Truly a dedicated, trustworthy and hard-working firm.

Gil assisted my wife and me with our first home purchase. We purchased the home from a contractor who bought the home out of foreclosure, so there was a ton of due diligence from our side. Gil and his team handled everything quickly, professionally, and made our lives much easier. Buying a home for the first time can be a daunting task, but Gil and his team have a personal approach that makes the client feel comfortable and cared-about.
