Tempus Fugit Law LLC helped me review my purchase and sales agreement and sell my current home. Andrew Jones and Ben Shwartz were compassionate and understanding and made the process simple and easy. Andrew understanding of complex title work was very impressive and Ben understands business formation and selling homes though business entities.

Gil and his team did an amazing job with my closing. He is clearly an expert in all phases of the process as his guidance and advice were top notch. I had several odd occurrences happen and Gil was on top of everything in a very proactive manner, while making me feel like I was his only client. In addition, Gil's services came significantly cheaper than any other attorney I checked with. I'm absolutely confident he is one of Boston's best real estate attorneys and I will be using him for additional services going forward.
