My partner and I both own businesses and were looking for a prenup so that we can hope for the best but plan for the worst. Of course we don’t know how well a prenup from HelloPrenup will hold up in a court, but we researched and found people that spent thousands of dollars on two lawyer prenups get them thrown out by a judge too. So we opted for HelloPrenup because it was affordable, fast and easy to use. It created an opportunity for difficult and useful discussions, and we opted for notarizing at our county courthouse because it was free, but it was great that notarizing is available on the site if needed. Everyone should have a prenup and all the conversations involved so we highly recommend.

I like how Hello Prenup has given this service to middle class and mass affluent clients beyond the traditional prenup client. Hello Prenup is exploding the image of the older asset holder marrying the younger non asset holder. Real life people are so much more complicated than that. My fiance is 67 I am 65. We have accumulated responsibilities as well as assets over our lives. We need to be able to bring our full selves to a later marriage. Hello prenup helps us.
