I had initially written a review detailing the terrible extremely unprofessional service that I’ve received from this law firm. The attorney initially assigned to my case left. Several months went by. I wasn’t informed my attorney had left the firm, nor was my case reassigned. They simply left me hanging with zero communication. This was after a meeting with the defendants insurance company. I called and emailed to no avail. When I wrote a review, suddenly this law firm wanted to be attentive. A new attorney was assigned to my case, Michele Hodgman. We spoke and she profusely apologized for how my case was handled and guaranteed me that once I spoke with her my confidence would be restored. She laid out a timeline of action and promised to follow up. After our seemingly promising conversation, atty. Hodgman emailed me asking me to edit my initial review detailing the subpar counsel I received from this law firm. In an effort to be fair, I obliged because I was under the misguided impression that atty. Hodgman would follow through on her promise to handle my case with the attention it deserves. The date that she was supposed to follow up came and went with zero communication from atty. Hodgman. Finally I hear from her today. I was told that she seemingly doesn’t have the experience needed for my case. However that’s not what she said when we initially spoke. She said she was the best. So telling me that after 1.5 years there has been absolutely nothing done with my case and she was about to hand me off to third lawyer. I vehemently expressed my disappointment and frustration that from the time we spoke she did absolutely nothing she said she would do. She then told me that if she filed my paperwork, a filing which I was under the impression was done, that it would take eight weeks. First off, I was under the impression that paperwork had been filed already. She said if I wanted to wait for her to file it’ll be an additional 8 weeks but if I allow the lawyer she is trying to pawn me off on it’ll be a six week wait. She clearly made promises she couldn’t keep just to get me to change my review. Almost two years wasted. I will be finding a competent firm to handle my case. These people are liars and clearly do not have the best interest of their clients in mind. The most frustrating part is that I’ve used this firm before and didn’t have this problem. Beware

They didn't listen me carefully and didn't care about my case. They just wanna money in their pockets.

This firm was the opposing counsel in my divorce. They never found a conflict they couldn't escalate. They are well-versed in the ways of subterfuge and deceit. If you want a battle royale, these are your guys. If you want lower-conflict process, one that will protect your children from the slings and arrows, steer a wide course.

I called regarding a case, they set me up with paperwork, then refused to answer any of my calls. Also, I spoke to my contacts in the government and found out Mr. Glassman was in trouble for stealing client money! This guy's just an ambulance chaser looking for a quick buck. Avoid at all costs
