Calling Nicole Van Geldren was the best thing to happen since my accident. Having someone on the other line who is skilled and knowledge in the law takes a huge burden off my shoulders. I felt like I was drowning in forms, calls and things to deal with that I don’t necessarily have background knowledge in. Now I feel like the pressure to handle these things has been taken away and I can now just focus on healing and recovering which is what I desperately need.

This firm is Great , John Carucci always stayed in touch. Kept me informed every step of the way. He negotiated a settlement for much more than I first anticipated. Great job so happy with John as my attorney.

If you’ve never been in an accident please do yourself a favor and make sure you are fully insured. If I hadn’t been it would have limited my settlement from my no-fault motorcycle accident in May of 2022. Thankfully I called Jeffrey Glassman. And seriously if you are ever in a motorcycle accident (or any)...YOU GOTTA GET GLASSMAN! I would absolutely tell you to ask for Michelle H. and Alyson C.; a litigious dynamic duo if there ever was…..Bottom line if you dont want to read this entire review…. I got three settlements; My beautiful Dark Horse totalled with replacement amount, one from the person’s insurance who hit me (she was underinsured but they got me the max) about four months after the accident; and a final settlement about a year after the accident….here’s the story…. I was riding my Indian Dark Horse motorcycle on Main St. when a woman t-boned me at 30 mph. I flew off the motorcycle and lost consciousness and woke up supine on the pavement. My brother told me I needed a lawyer ASAP to represent me. My significant other took immediate action since I was unable to do much of anything. She researched the various personal injury attorneys in Boston and while many specialized in auto accidents and work related injuries, Jeffery Glassman, Injury Lawyers, had more than 100 mototcycle accident cases that they had successfully represented with a lot of positive reviews. We called Glassman right from my hospital bed in the trauma ward. Michelle H., a lawyer at Glassman, called back very soon and explained what the legal process was that we would have and what we needed to do to document all of my injuries. Michelle also mentioned that I wouldn’t be charged anything and the pay would be ⅓ of the settlement, if I got one, minus expenses. She also mentioned that for a $200 fee they would handle all the communications between the various medical providers, insurance, billing, everything. This was probably the best $200 I ever spent because once we did this I never had to deal with another bill, insurance adjuster, or collections. Michelle H. was awesome and explained that she was also very experienced in case we had to go to trial and was well known as a “Pittbull” of injury law and didnt bow down to the inurance companies big deal lawyers. And that is exactly who you need when it comes to going after the insurance companies - who will always try to get out of paying or lowball you into signing for less than you should get. Michelle and Alyson moved the process forward and were available to talk to me whenever I had a question. The first few months after my accident I was in constant contact with Alyson who did all the day to day heavy lifting and would return my call or email within 24 hours. It was also quite obvious how caring my legal team was. Logistically, you can’t imagine how many things come at you when you are trying to recover and it can be truly overwhelming. You will get lots of bills, lots of Dr. appointments, and yes, even collections calls. You need to have an experienced law firm to guide you and I will tell you Glassman handled it all! Glassman made a difficult process easy; one example is the uploader site where I could easily upload all documents, photos, etc to my file so they would have everything in one place. Whenever I uploaded a new document or there were questions or I needed something I could always talk to Alyson about the case either by telephone or email. Michelle and Alyson were always super responsive (I know they must have had a lot of other cases but) I always was treated like I was their only client. The settlements were pretty substantial and I got much more than I thought I would. This really helped me since I was out of work for a year and in pain. Thanks to all the medical staff and Alyson and Michelle at Glassman I am able to engage in about half of all pre-accident activities. However, I would recommend Glassman to everyone…but Alyson and Michelle went above and beyond for me to get what i deserved….If you are in an accident you deftinely gotta get Glassman!!

I was in a bicycle accident and reached out to Jeffrey Glassman to recoup my medical expenses. At first, communication from them was lacking until attorney Bob Naumes was assigned to my claim. Months ago I had a terrible slip and fall accident that required surgery. I went to Jeffrey Glassman and the company said they would be glad to take my case and I had a very good case ;then I never heard from them again I wrote to them and they said they wanted to wait until all my medical care and medical bills were in so that they could go forward with all the information, it made sense to me at the time so I let months and months and months go By Until I heard from the attorney that was supposed to be representing me. She did not give me any substantial reason, but she said they had decided to drop my case. earlier I had gone to Morgan and Morgan, and within a week they told me they would Not accept my case, and I figured it was because I did not have some 6 Or seven figure lawsuit for them to make a lot of money off of. I assume the same holds true for Glassman but at least Morgan and Morgan had the courtesy to drop me right away. Now it is almost a year since my accident and I really don’t think I can go anywhere else from here. I’m afraid when Shakespeare talked about lawyers. he nail it on the head. I am absolutely incensed that Glassman Just left me in limbo for months.

Highly recommended! Before they took my case my insurance was no help and the other person's insurance did not want to pay-- I was able to email my attorneys the entire way through!
