I was very lost and didn’t know what to do, google recommended Jeffrey Glassman lawyers. One phone call with them and I felt prepared and reassured with next steps. They were incredibly patient and kind and always ensured I was first and foremost taken care of!

I do not recommend using this law firm at all. My case was supposed to be a straight forward case, per the intake lawyer and here we are, 2 years later, zero communication unless I reach out constantly, which always results in me needing to provide receipts that I already provided in the beginning of this whole process, needing to be continuously resent. Multiple months go by and then same dance starts over again and again and again like it's groundhog day. The lawyer on my case had changed without notice which the paralegal let me know. That was the only person that was responsive to my multiple emails and inquiries. I sent an email to Glassman directly, per the agreement that requested I do so with any concerns, and the email , like me, has just been ignored. I regret engaging this law firm and pretty sure my case has been flushed down the toilet since it wasn't going to result in substantial .damages . I've had to make peace mentally that this whole case was a complete waste of time and effort on my part and my losses will remain just that. Do yourself a favor and take your time to find the right law firm, preferably one that does not advertise on television. Live and learn.
