Failed to appear as counsel two separate times. Unreliable and highly unprofessional. Lack of counsel led to Contempt of court trial and subsequent loss.

Very disappointed with this law firm. Despite accepting my case, my lawyer John Bita has put very little effort into actually completing the case. I had to do all the work of tracking down the address of the person involved myself, and then remind John many times over several months just to get him to proceed from there, only for John to inexplicably serve the wrong person with the lawsuit paperwork before John essentially disappeared. Despite repeated requests for an update on the case, requests for a callback at his convenience, etc. many, many months have passed with radio silence. It is clear that he has abandoned the case without the decency to communicate this with me. Worse still, the COO Ben Wadsworth had been cc’d in all communications and was directly emailed last week as well with a final request for an update. He has not bothered to reply, demonstrating how little this law firm cares about their clients.

This is a great law firm they get right back to you with zero lies andThey actually do treat you like a normal person,, They will call you on the weekend to say what’s going on with your case /::claim… all seriousness, this is the best law firm right now, hands-down without all the gimmicks, they say on television and I am a witness to this this law firm with another namebrand law firm could not and that is 100% fax! They got right onto my case always returned my phone calls. They were able to get my case closed by working very quickly and efficiently!!!! they keep you in the loop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now have found this attorney and not going anywhere else they got me forever.!!!!! And most of all my attorney got me way more than that what the insurance company offered he went above and beyond!👌👍👍

This company is the worst firm you can hire. Don’t let these people waste your time. I got tboned on st Patrick’s night & they accepted my case. Weeks & months went by of me trying to get in contact with my case manager & come to find out she left the firm to go back to school…. Lol. The whole time I was trying to contact her to get into physical therapy. they finally assigned me a new case manager, after 3 months they finally showed all my evidence to the lawyer (for the first time) and they decided to drop the case. Absolutely pitiful. They wasted so much of my time that I no longer have a case and couldn’t go to another lawyer now even if I tried because of the time frames & lack of medical bills SINCE THEY NEVER REFERRED ME OVER TO THE THERAPY. Stay far away from these guys. I don’t wanna be dramatic but they have legit screwed up my life & current situation.

I have opened an injury claim in 2021 and it's like pulling teeth to get any information at all. No monthly reviews as promised no call backs or emails. Fully disappointed. They find me every time I call and I have emails from Sebastian who no longer works there who said John B is my lawyer and a signed agreement.

I would very happy to gave the 5 stars for my case manager, Benjamin Waters. He had unexceptional service, fast, care, and friendly. Also, I will suggest this law company to all my friends and family for the professional service. I didn’t want to mention about my attorney for his work for unresponsive because everything already done.

Seriously unprofessional law firm. I have a simple case, two years in (!) and no results in sight. They switched lawyers for my case a year in without telling me, and both have been very unresponsive. I definitely cannot recommend Kelly & Associates as a firm that get cases done quickly, if at all.

I don't usually publicly endorse anything, especially a company, unless their morals and ethics are beyond reproach. Quite simply, that is the case with Kelly & Associates. If you're reading this, hire them.
