They were kind, understanding, attentive and efficient.

Trash. Uncommunicative. Didn’t even send my representation form until, 3 months after they took the case; only because I said something to them about it. John Bita pretended to care. Zuri communicated once, and is no longer with the firm, “they are trying to distribute the cases he was working on.” They never even contacted his clients to tell us this. Laura, the person in charge of customer service, lied and said I was yelling at her and swearing; until I told her she was lying and I recorded our conversation. They may do good for their white people, but they definitely don’t handle people of color, with care.

My lawyers have been avoiding me for months now. They don’t “believe” in my case so they’re refusing to listen to me and are forcing me to settle. I strongly recommend anyone else I wish I had a different lawyer but I’m stuck with them

Very disappointed. I have a pretty straight forward case and provided a ton of information. One year later and still no resolve and I’m getting ghosted by The assigned lawyer. Have emailed multiple times and not received any updates, definitely would not recommend Update 8 months post-rating: Still have not heard back//no advancements in my case - it's been almost 2 years

Ben Wadsworth is absolutely exceptional. I reached out to them after I got hit by a car while riding my bike. We determined I wasn't able to get enough compensation to go to court, as I didn't go to the hospital for my medical injuries. BUT, Ben graciously offered to help me recover from the damages I suffered out of pure kindness. He used the offenders information to contact their insurance and help me recover compensation for the bike damage. We are awaiting their response as of now but regardless of what happens, I highly recommend this firm. These guys really care.
