I have known Walter for around seven years or so. He is my "go to" attorney when it comes to any corporate matters. I find him responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He gave me helpful advise when I had to respond to an overly zealous state auditor who had written up my firm for a minor matter that nonetheless had to be dealt with competently so that it did not become a major problem. He has provided similar assistance to several of my friends, and I recommend him highly.
