I used Tempus Fugit for a refinance based on recommendation from the mortgage company. Team was very easy to work with and completed the closing in a timely fashion. I had a lot of questions which they answered completely via email prior to the closing. They were very accommodating of my schedule and met me at my house. The lawyer went through each document with me and was very patient with all of my questions and me checking the math on closing cost vs. expectations.
