The best $300 I ever spent was hiring Adam Minsky. For that amount, he helped me wipe out almost $55,000 in student loan debt. He is so knowledgable about what is going on and the latest government offerings. I can't recommend him enough.

I personally used Adam’s services multiple times over the years. First, to assess my situation and make sure I was on track for PSLF. And second, to look at my situation a few years ago when I was considering moving into private practice and forgoing PSLF altogether. His knowledge and advice has been invaluable. When I finally got forgiveness for my law school loans (in the hundreds of thousands, due to interest), he is one of the first people I could credit for getting me to this relief. Every year Boston magazine publishes the results for top attorneys in Boston from different legal specialties, from business and criminal law to family and employment law. If there are top 100 attorneys; Edward Wayland would be voted as the top 10 WORST attorneys in Boston. I'm very grateful I had made the right decision to terminate him for ineffectiveness of his counsel. About few years ago, To today's day, I never regretted (terminating) firing Edward Wayland. He almost ruined my life and my freedom. lack of communication, Failure to exercise diligence, ineffectiveness of his counsel, and Incompetence, Incompetence, and Incompetence. I'm in the process of filing a complaint against him to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseer; Attorney and Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP), I think he should get his license suspended or revoked. (everything I stated here is true except for the top 10 worst attorneys).

Fortunately for my wife and I, we live in Massachusetts and were able to consult with Adam Minsky about my wife's student loans--over $60,000. We not only hired him after the initial consultation, we also consulted with him on my student loan woes as well. My wife was past full-retirement age, and after 10 years of faithful loan payments, had barely touched any of her loan principle. The decade of payments had gone almost exclusively to interest, and she could no longer work. I contacted Adam because I was getting sued after being unable to pay back student loans due to disability and cancer. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I even asked them. He worked quickly to get not only the private loans I contacted him about, but also the federal loans I was not being sued for dismissed. I was not even aware that getting loans dismissed due to disability was an option. Within about 3 months, Adam was able to completely eliminate my student loan debt.
