August 27th I called their office regarding an ongoing case of elder abuse by my manager in his outrageous ly screaming and verbally attacking me with alot of anger and hostility. This is not the first time. I have PTSD. This happened in front of coworkers and customers! I needed to explain the whole situation but was told that it would have to be explained to the attorney. I waited on the line only for the lady to come back and say basically it wasn't even worth the time of the attorney to give me a call to hear how I was affected by his conduct. So much for Morgan and Morgan being for the people!

They have plenty of information for perspective clients, however, it was not clear to me extensiveness of their service and if they are interested in smaller cases even though their commercials indicate otherwise. In all fairness to them, we did not follow-through & opted to go elsewhere. They deserve a chance if you are located near one of their locations.

Blatantly hung up on me!!

they are taking my mother's case. I'm in tears. Less then a week later, I was told they couldn’t take the case because of what my mothers death certificate read. I was finally able to give my mother her one last dying wish, which was to get her out of the facility she had stayed for over two years. Although, I wasn’t the POA, I was there with her for over three years before she took her last breath. The facility must be held accountable for how they treated my mother…I thought Morgan and Morgan would have help with that accountability, but that was not what happened. I still have tears in my eyes.

Called me back right away...and working on my case

I didn't like being sent to another Law Firm very disappointed in Morgan & Morgan. I feel that the advertisement is false came to them with a slip and fall ligaments are still messed up can barely walk no help from them

Referral firm I was told someone would call me within 5 days, after 7 days I called them back they said couldn't help me,but they did say good luck. I think I gave them a high rating
