Gil and his team did an amazing job with my closing. He is clearly an expert in all phases of the process as his guidance and advice were top notch. I had several odd occurrences happen and Gil was on top of everything in a very proactive manner, while making me feel like I was his only client. In addition, Gil's services came significantly cheaper than any other attorney I checked with. I'm absolutely confident he is one of Boston's best real estate attorneys and I will be using him for additional services going forward.

Gil was great! He was very professional but also friendly and very helpful. He was matter of fact, but also gave me great advice and overall made my closing easy and seamless. Gil Schipani & Andrew Jones assited us in the process of purchasing a new home. They were both extremely knowledgable, made us aware of all issues and dealt with the issues accordingly. There are many legal documents that are certainly over our head. The folks at Shipani & Sinay took the time to explain all documents, negotiations and overall made us feel very comfortable. I hired Gil on recommendation to represent my case to the zoning board on Cape Cod. Gil was extremely helpful when it came to educating me as to the best way to present the case to the board and was very patient and non-patronizing in doing so. Gil's willingness to travel a long distance made him an easy choice for me and I'm so glad I did. I would give Gill a 5 star rating and would hire him again without reservation.
