Straightforward process that met all the requirements a lawyer friend told us to double-check for. Considering the cost of individual legal representation or having something from legalzoom be invalid because it doesn't meet state law, this felt like a better third way all around. This process was efficient and thorough! My Fiancé and I actually enjoyed going through the questionnaire and it sparked great conversation that would otherwise be awkward. Instead, we were able to talk through differences and come to agreements mutually on the few topics we didn't match on. Just like insurance my personal belief is prenuptial agreements should be mandatory. They will be for my children and now we have a streamlined way to do so!
