I hired Attorney Silva to take care of my child support case, and I am out of state. She always responded to me in a timely manner. She was always very patient answering my questions. I worried that the case could drag and add extra stress to me and my daughter, and cost me additional legal fees. But she was able to close my case at the very first court hearing with satisfactory outcome. With gratefulness, I write this review and recommendation. I am very lucky to have found her to represent me.

Attorney Silva drafted a pre-nuptial agreement for me. Her explanations of Massachusetts law were clear and informative. She negotiated a strong agreement for me with opposing counsel. The team at Mavrides Law were fantastic with my recent divorce. Jennifer Silva made sure that our children (one special needs and one in college) and my interests were protected and ultimately got us an very favorable agreement when I didn't think it would be possible given how my ex was dragging the whole process out. I paid $650 for a two hour consultation with Jennifer Silva of Malvrides Law. It ended after 90 minutes and I was invited by Jennifer to contact her if I had any questions. Three days later, I did have one question. First, I emailed it and not receiving a reply, I called Jennifer and left a message with the woman who answered her phone. Neither my email nor my call were answered. I made the mistake of thinking that a consultation was merely the first step in progressing my case. I was wrong. I had no right to expect that Jennifer would respond to my communications nor that she would progress my case beyond that consultation. I made a mistake.

Jennifer and Mavrides law team are the most professional, responsive, and by far the best attorney for family law in MA! I would never higher anyone else again other then Jennifer and or the Mavrides firm for any future problems that may arise.

I highly recommend Jennifer Silva as a divorce attorney, without reservation. Jennifer worked arduously on my divorce settlement agreement between my husband and myself. Together we drafted an agreement that worked for me personally, in which she protected my financial interests and achieved the goals I wanted to achieve. After having failed to establish equal custody with my x-wife through mediation and meeting with two other lawyers that assumed the court would not order equal custody of my four year old son to me with no rationale to why?
