Fantastic team who helped me with everything I needed with my case. Chris, Dennis, McKenzie, and the team provided me guidance with healing from serious injuries with their excellent network of providers, physical therapist, and more. In addition to this, I was always kept up-to-date with my case with my case manager. Chris is very skilled at settling cases and he was pivotal to make sure me and my family got every dollar we deserved. I actually was with another lawyer and switched over to Michael Kelly Injury Lawyers after a random Uber driver gave me a very good recommendation. I would recommend for anyone needing representation in personal injury cases.

DO not go to this office under any circumstances. Cole Owens exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior &refused to take accountability for his actions. It's unacceptable that I was only informed a month later that they could not represent me, after I had to reach out to ask why there was no communication with the doctors’ office or the insurance company. Additionally, Colin, the case manager, demonstrated a complete lack of communication. Fortunately, I have a paper trail of emails to him. I am going to call the bar association about this matter. Look at the fake REVIEWS lol.

Dennis Cooper is the man! I called in a few days after my accident and he reassured me that they would be taking care of me every step of the way. He was even able to get a chiropractor recommended to me as well. Very professional experience.

Was having a bad experience with the firm until supervisors stepped to fix the situation. Originally was not too happy with the offer being presented to me. After further review and communication, I was able to receive the targeted amount I expected. I can only speak on my experience with the firm. Supervisors were able to reach out to me and give me a fair offer.
