Attorney Duphily’s breadth of knowledge surrounding the law and how it applied to my case was amazing! Highly recommend the firm.

So I normally do not write reviews but after some careful consideration I feel that it’s best I do. So I was a victim of an unfortunate car accident in which I had to receive surgery ( total ACL reconstructive surgery). Obviously the person who was representing me was aware of everything. There was no communication on the law firm’s behalf. I had to constantly reach out to them. I had no idea when we were settling or what was going on because it was so hard to get anyone from this office. Now this was my first time ever having to lawyer up and sue something or someone. They took so long trying to get the footage the footage for obvious reasons from my accident was deleted so I was told. The worst part was when it did come to settling. I wasn’t notified I wasn’t called. I was not even emailed they just took the first deal that they made, and that was It. This was approximately in 2022. This is definitely the worst firm if I can rate this from zero stars I would I would never recommend these people to anybody. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves. Now I say that because all I received from surgery from everything, wasn’t enough to buy a used car. I was told a certain amount because I had to go through surgery however, my incompetent lawyer took the first deal that was offered, and that was it. I was never notified of any deals I was never kept in the loop.
